In this blog, we will talk about how we can create a Video lecture in PowerPoint. It's very interesting if you want to make a recording Video then you can easily record your video as well as audio then you can use this video for YouTube, Facebook, and Udemy as well.



(Note: All screenshots that I am using related to Microsoft PowerPoint are related to Microsoft PowerPoint 2019. You can also follow the article if you are using the Mac version as well as the older version. The screenshot will be slightly different for Mac or any older version of the PowerPoint.)

How to Record Video Lectures in PowerPoint?
In this article, our primary mission is to record video lectures in PowerPoint. First of all, we have to open PowerPoint. Starting as a Blank slide in it. As we can see in the following screenshot.


When we open Microsoft PowerPoint then by default Home tab is open. As we are going to record video/audio in PowerPoint, we have to follow the "Record" As we can see, the Record tab is the highlight in the following screenshot.


When we open the record tab then we can see all features related to the recording as we can see in the above screenshot.
There are for the section in the Record tab in PowerPoint.

  2. Content
  3. Autoplay Media
  4. Save
Record
The first group is recorded in PowerPoint in Record. If you want to record a video that the content you have in PowerPoint slides then you can start from the beginning, or start from the beginning in PowerPoint as we can see in the following screenshot.

Content
In the second there is a screenshot option in the content group as we can see in the above screenshot. In this option, you can take a screenshot in PowerPoint after providing the selection your screenshot will be in PowerPoint.

Auto-play Media
In this option, you can record screen recording. Just you have to click on the screen recording then a dialogue box will be open.



Then we will select the area then the video recording will start. If we will turn on our audio option then our audio also will be recorded in PowerPoint.

Benefits of Recording Video in PowerPoint
If you are not familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro or Camtasia then you can record your video with the help of PowerPoint. Almost everybody knows about PowerPoint and it is a very easy and useful PowerPoint as a Video recording.

If you are recording your video in PowerPoint then only you can record your screen. Also, it's very helpful if you don't want to show your face then I think it's very helpful.
