What are the different types of views available in Microsoft PowerPoint?

In this blog, we will discuss the types of views available in PowerPoint. we use these different types of views we can preview our slides in different views. There are five different types of Views in PowerPoint and we will discuss each one in this article.

These are the five most important views in PowerPoint.

When we open Microsoft PowerPoint then we will blank page then there are a few view tabs are available on the bottom right side as we can see in the above screenshot.

Type of the Views in PowerPoint.

1. Slide Show
2. Reading View
3. Slide Sorter
4. Normal View
5. Reading & Note View

If you will move your cursor to it then it will show some of the names of the related view mode in PowerPoint.

For example, I go to the first view then it will show the name of the related view as we can see in the following screenshot.

We move to the right-side icon then it shows the "Slide Show" view in PowerPoint.

When we will click on the slide show then our PowerPoint slide will turn into the following view as we can see in the following screenshot.

Finally, in the slide view, we will see the area in the slides. we use slide view for presenting our PowerPoint for meetings.

When we move to the second view in PowerPoint is the "Reading View" is expanded it then also we can show in the following result.

When we will move toward the reading view and expand it then we will see the following result for the reading view in PowerPoint.

Also, if we have a lot of pages in our PowerPoint document then we can see the numbers on the left side that we are on which slide, and on the right-hand side, we can see the preview and the next button and the other view that we have discussed early on in this blog post.

Then we move forward then we will see the 

When we will click on the slide sorter then all slides will be visible on this mode and we can directly go to that slide directly as well as we can see in the following result.

 

Now, we will see the Normal view in PowerPoint. 

In the normal view, we can see all slides on the left-hand side and selected slides on the center of the slide as we can see in the following result.

In the end, we can see the Notes & Comment view in PowerPoint as we can see in the following result.

In this way, we can see all slide view in PowerPoint, and also we can turn them into another view in PowerPoint.
