In the File Tab.
After Clicking on the File tab the interface of Microsoft PowerPoint will appear. Then in this interface, we can see two options for Save (a) Save (b) Save As.
Save option is for already save presentation file. For example, we have already saved our presentation then we have performed any changes then we have to save it then we have simply pressed the Save button.
Save As option of for the first time saving our file in PowerPoint. When we will press Save as an option then a drop-down menu will be open it will ask the name of our PowerPoint Presentation ask the location of our file.
While saving PowerPoint presentation for the first time. Then a long list will be open and ask us to save your file for any format you like to save.
In the second method, we save our presentation with the help of a shortcut the shortcut key for PowerPoint presentation is Ctrl+S.
These are two different ways with the help of the file menu and shortcut key we can save our PowerPoint file and make changes in our file, later on, save it again.
By default, our PowerPoint presentation name appears Presentation1, Presentation2, Presentation3, and so on.
There are many options for saving format in PowerPoint Presentation few of them are PDF, JPEG, .PPTX and PNG. Also, we are going to attach.

Note: While working with PowerPoint slides we have to save files after each 5 minutes if we close the file then our data on slides will never save after closing it.
