How to show & Hide the Developer Tab In PowerPoint?

In this article, we will show how we can show and hide the Developer ribbon tab in Microsoft PowerPoint. we can perform many functions in the Developer tab. For example, we can perform coding, Add-ins, and controls. In coding, there are Visual Basic, Macros, and Macro Security. In Add-ins we can see add-ins, PowerPoint Add-ins, and COM Add-ins are available these options are used to add and remove functions that you want to include in your PowerPoint.

We can easily control the developer tab in PowerPoint. It means we can easily show and hide the developer ribbon tab in PowerPoint. If we want to work with the developer tab then it's mission then we will learn how we can show it to perform a function in the developer tab.


In the File Tab then we will have a long list open on the left side will be open. Then we will see Options in this tab at the end of the list as we have mentioned in the following image.

After Clicking on Options then a new menu bar will be open then click on "Customize Ribbon"


Then Move to "Main Tab" then scroll down we can see the developer ribbon tab. If we want to show the developer tab then check the box and for hide, the developer tab unchecks the box.

then click on OK then we can see the developer tab is showing properly.

Recently, we can see only the Home tab is open. After clicking on the Developer tab then all properties that we have mentioned can perform in PowerPoint. As we know that Macro is important for a developer that is why we use the developer tab to perform macros in PowerPoint.

After clicking on the developer tab in PowerPoint we can see more options.
