How to Customize the Quick Access Toolbar in Microsoft PowerPoint?

 

We will quickly customize our quick access toolbar in Microsoft PowerPoint. With the help of the "Quick Access Toolbar," we can quickly perform some commands like save, redo, print, and many more that can insert into PowerPoint.

We can found these "Quick Access Toolbar" at the top of the PowerPoint, this handy feature contains various commands that we can use always and also customize it according to our required commands.

We can see that there are some options in the quick access toolbar at the top of the PowerPoint as we can see the highlight options.

We can see that there is one option on the right side of all commons when we click on it then we can see more commons that we want to insert and we can easily insert or remove.

Recently, we can see three commons:

• Print

From the drop-down menu, we can add more commands and remove them according to our requirements.
