How to convert images into 16:9 Ratio in Microsoft PowerPoint?

While working on Microsoft PowerPoint slides and sometimes we need to insert the whole image on our slide so that it looks stunning but we can't adjust it according to our desire. In this article, we will tell you how you can change your picture into a 16:9 ratio in Micorost PowerPoint.

We can see that there is a space on the left side as well as on the right side of the slide.

Now, we can see that the picture fully covers both sides of the slides after converting the picture size into a slide size (16:9) ratio.

First of all, we have to select the picture from our storage.

we can see that picture is inserted. Now, we have to select the picture so that the format tab appears. In the above image, we can see that there is no "Format tab". If we want to see the format tab then we have to select the picture then the format tab will appear.

Then move to size then crop.

Now, click on the crop. Then a pop-down menu will be open.
Click on "Aspect Ratio". Then we can see a large pane for different ratios.

We will select the 16:9 ratio because our slide ratio is also 16:9. 

Now we can see that our picture is cropped into a 16:9 ratio.

Now we have to move our picture to the top left side on the corner then drop it to the required size.
Then finally we can see that.

In this way, we can insert a picture with a ratio of 16:9 to fit on the slide size of the same ratio.
